ANDREW COLLECOTT
FOUNDER
Mr Collecott founded Lauderdale Estates in London, one of the first shared office and coworking centers in the 90's. He opened LedianSpace Shared Offices in New York in 2007. Andrew has spent over 27 years in the commercial Real Estate market of which 24 years is experience in the Shared, Service Office market.
SEAN CONDON
PSYCHOLOGIST - CO-FOUNDER
Dr. Condon brings a breadth of perspective and insight to help Wellspring Practice Centers create office suites tailored to meet the needs of therapists and their clients. Currently a psychologist in private practice, he has worked in a wide range of clinical and supervisory positions in the mental health field, as well as in leadership consulting for executives in Fortune 500 Companies.
KEVIN JONES
FINANCE - COMPANY SECRETARY
Mr Jones has extensive experience as a Financial Executive and Business Strategy Consultant. An alumnus of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Lloyds of London, Kevin moved through a variety of leadership positions before joining Wellspring. Kevin’s business acumen and experience with valuation, scaling and exit strategies provide invaluable insight to guide Wellspring’s long-term strategic goals.
